Take part in Theo’s Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday 4 December and help make the difference.

Whether you go all out with a festive costume or your outfit is as simple as a Santa hat, wearing your Christmas clothing can help to change lives at Sheffield Children’s! Why not get your family, friends, colleagues, or school involved too?

If Thursday 4 December doesn’t work for you, choose any date that fits in your festive calendar. Just make sure to let the charity team know so we can support you.

How to take part in Theo's Christmas Jumper Day 2025

It’s easy to do and totally free. Don’t forget to add the date to your diary!

2. Spread the word

Get your family, friends and colleagues involved – the more the merrier!

3. Start your fundraising

If every person from your work, your family, or your school donates just £2, you will make a huge difference at Sheffield Children’s.

4. Get your jolly jumper ready

We know yule look great! Let the countdown begin to Theo’s Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday 4 December.

Most money raised

The supporter who raises the most for Theo’s Christmas Jumper Day 2025 will have a small Snowflake displayed on St John’s Church, Penistone Road, Sheffield in December 2026 – a special way to celebrate your fundraising and support for the hospital.

Competition closes Monday 19 January

Terms and Conditions

The supporter who tops the Theo’s Christmas Jumper Day 2025 fundraising leaderboard will win a small Snowflake to be displayed on St John’s Church, Penistone Road, Sheffield in December 2026.
The competition closes on Monday 19 January 2025. Please ensure all your fundraising is paid via JustGiving or directly to the charity (see FAQs for other payment options) by this date.
The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using the contact details provided at registration) within 10 days of the competition closing.
Members of the Sheffield Children’s Hospital Charity team are not eligible to enter.

Visit from Theo!

When you sign up as a school or community group for Theo’s Christmas Jumper Day, you’ll be entered into a special prize draw to win a visit from Theo.
It’s a lovely way to say thank you for your support and bring some festive cheer to your school or group.

Schools and community groups who register for Theo’s Christmas Jumper Day will be automatically entered into the prize draw to win a visit from Theo.
The competition closes on Monday 1 December 2025, so please ensure you’ve signed up before this date to be entered.
The winner will be notified by Friday 30 January 2026 via email or telephone (using the contact details provided at registration).
